So darkening the background, creating more contrast between the girls skin tone and the setting and then greying her skin giving it a darker and edgier feel to suit an urban look. More gritty, dirty and less polished and glossy. Then could also try adding a slight grain to give it a more vintage, trendier, urban look. Like the last photo.
